Code of Ethics

Kettle River Brewing is committed to being a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for everyone. We do not tolerate discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, age, economic background, or any aspect of a person’s identity. We make no assumptions about who people are or where they come from.

We proudly acknowledge that we operate on the unceded territory of the sqilxʷ/syilx (Okanagan) people, and we are a BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ safe space.

Honesty and respect are at the heart of how we work and interact with one another. We expect these values to be shared by our staff and patrons alike. As a small, owner-operated team, we foster open and respectful dialogue around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Discrimination, harassment, violence, or behaviour that undermines these values will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Guided by these principles, we strive to provide exceptional locally crafted beer, fresh seasonal food, and an environment where everyone feels welcome.

We always welcome any questions or concerns.
