Celebrating our 150th Brew
& Fall Bottle Releases:
Can you believe it – next week we will be brewing batch #150! That's some serious brewing since we opened up shop last July. Thanks again everyone for all the support! We're pinching our pennies this Fall in hopes to get a new slightly-less-ramshackle brew-house together early 2017 and encourage you to pick up a bottle or two of the upcoming special releases in support of our growth. A lot of love has gone into those special barrel-aged brews.
Along with batch #150 we have a few other announcements:
- Fall hours! We'll be open: Wednesday through Friday 3pm – 7pm and Saturday & Sunday noon – 7pm starting September 21st.
Craft & Crafts at Kettle River on Sat Dec 3rd. It's a one-day pop-up shop featuring some of Kelowna's finest artisans – just in time for the Holidays. We'll also be sampling our batch #100 Imperial Brown Ale. Some of the crafters we're partnering up with for the day are: Taste of the Okanagan / Oh the Post / Ink & brayer / Leanne Spanza / Black Spruce Leather / Nest and Nurture / Knit Ewe Up / Groove Garden Records
- Friday Bottle Delivery Service for Central/Downtown Kelowna. Like your Milkman, Only Better. Offering 4-Tiers of Drink-ability: Light, Medium, Bold and Heck-Yeah, It's Party Time. Delivering every Friday: noon-3pm. Give us a buzz if you want beer-o-clock to come early.

our pint-sized mission:
To help awaken Kelowna's sleepy craft beer culture.
And how might you achieve that, you ask? From the serene bends of the rock creek valley to the raging cascade falls, our brews will reflect the temperament of the Kettle River. Poetic, right? This means we will have everything from mild to wild. While providing the established and expected ales, we will be putting an emphasis on new, unusual and potentially weird tastes for locals to enjoy—do not fear my friends! We will do this by pioneering a barrel aging program that the Okanagan valley has yet to see. Our dream is to be the brewery that Kelowna didn’t know they were waiting for.
